What if my equipment is damaged or lost in transit?

Our terms are FOB our warehouse. Inspect all equipment upon delivery at your facility. You must note any irregularities on the bill of lading with delivering carrier. If there is hidden damage after opening crates and boxes, you must have the delivering carrier come back to facility in order to inspect the damage. All claims must be filed directly with the delivering carrier.

Can I purchase Muscle D Fitness products online?

Muscle D maintains a dealer network nationally and internationally. They specialize in the delivery and set up of your commercial products and are there when warranty or service issues arise. If you do not have a dealer in your area, we will handle your account directly.

How do I register my purchase?

Fill out the Online Product Registration Form or warranty card that comes with your purchase of Muscle D Products when newly purchased. Mail card to:

How do I get service on my equipment?

If you have purchased the equipment through an authorized dealer of Muscle D Fitness, you must go directly to that company for service. Only if you purchased directly from us, should you contact our service department.
